Sponsors
The support of businesses, organizations, and individuals accross the Mid-South allows Friends For Life to touch over 6,000 lives annually through the Nancy Fletcher Food Pantry, housing and support services, prevention outreach and education, case management, and through our Wellness University.
This essential ongoing support helps people living with HIV/AIDS to manage their health, enhance their quality of life, establish stable housing, and employment. This support empowers people who are stigmatized and marginalized to assume roles as contributing members of our community.
When you support Friends For Life, you are housing the homeless, feeding the hungry, caring for people who live alone and for families with children in need. You are helping to heal those whose spirits are weak and inviting hope into lives visited too often by despair and rejection. You are supporting programs that have received local, state and national recognition for being innovative and life-changing for persons of all colors, ages, and walks of life. You are supporting programs that invest over $.90 of each dollar you contribute in the people we serve. You are helping us all to live well, for we are all affected by the human cost of HIV/AIDS.
We ask that you also support the many community agencies, corporations, businesses, restaurants, and groups who make our work possible each and every day. You, too, can touch the lives of people in need in the Mid-South region by your sponsorship. Your organization will be recognized for its commitment to the oldest and largest HIV/AIDS service provider of its kind, and for your dedication to the grassroots efforts of others like you who value community, family, caring for our fellow brothers and sisters, and dignity of life.
Hope awaits. Join us in sharing it today. To become a Friends For Life sponsor, call Linda Safford, Director of Development, at (901) 272-0855.

United Way of the Mid South
United Way of the Mid-South has served the people of our community by improving the common good since 1923, generating and uniting community resources to impact people's lives by addressing critical health and human service needs. No other local volunteer-driven charitable organization helps more people in our area, in as many ways, as United Way of the Mid-South. Every day, your support of United Way helps us fund programs that provide nurturing environments for children, job skills for people who want to work, health care for seniors who might otherwise go without, food and shelter for those facing tough times, safe havens from physical and psychological abuse, therapy for those coping with special challenges and so much more.
